To address limitations posed by aging systems and databases that impeded the ministry’s ability to enhance service delivery to clients and access historical data for informed decision-making, a project was initiated to develop a new solution. This commenced with a requirements phase that employed a structured, collaborative approach to ensure future activities and investments were aligned and traceable to the project’s outcomes. We were responsible for planning and defining requirements, including the future-state business model. Mejora's work encompassed developing the future-state conceptual business process architecture, end-to-end logical process designs, solution architecture, enterprise scan, adoption and change management strategies, transformation plans, as well as roadmaps and governance models. These deliverables were designed to guide the ministry’s executives in decision-making and support the project’s success.
