To address the need for a case management solution identified by several program areas within the public sector, an initiative was launched to select a common platform through multiple simultaneous Proofs of Concept (PoCs). Mejora was engaged to operationalize and oversee the entire evaluation process, including the creation of the evaluation strategy, framework, toolkit, and process. Our role involved coordinating the PoCs by engaging various business program areas and development vendors, as well as developing communication materials, presentations, briefings, and reports shared internally and externally with stakeholders.
