Mejora was engaged to provide project management, change management, business transformation, business architecture, and solution development and implementation expertise to lead a large-scale project to design and deliver an updated financial system to facilitate court fees and fines payments and manage collection and reconciliation processes. Mejora was responsible to manage all phases of the project from initiation to closedown. 

Mejora was engaged to provide project management, change management, business transformation, business architecture, and solution development and implementation expertise to lead a large-scale project to identify and design a solution that manages parent's post-divorce familial obligations in British Columbia. Mejora's responsibilities included project management tasks, such as developing project charters, scopes, funding and resource requirements ,and timelines. We also produced detailed business architecture, business and system requirements, workflows, and service and business process designs.

Mejora led, facilitated, and developed business architecture, business requirements, system requirements, workflows, processes, cost estimations, and a change management approach for a project to streamline and improve efficiency of the traffic fine violation process in British Columbia. 

 To address the need for a case management solution identified by several program areas within the public sector, an initiative was launched to select a common platform through multiple simultaneous Proofs of Concept (PoCs). Mejora was engaged to operationalize and oversee the entire evaluation process, including the creation of the evaluation strategy, framework, toolkit, and process. Our role involved coordinating the PoCs by engaging various business program areas and development vendors, as well as developing communication materials, presentations, briefings, and reports shared internally and externally with stakeholders.
