 Loblaws Companies Limited, a leading provider in Canada’s food distribution and general merchandise sectors, initiated a project to assess the maturity of their Business Process Management (BPM) capabilities. To support this initiative, Mejora was engaged to conduct interviews with key stakeholders and BPM team members, utilizing a diagnostic tool to capture evidence-based findings. Additionally, we provided expert advice on developing various work products, including enterprise process architecture models, business process models, templates, and standards and techniques. Our comprehensive assessment and strategic recommendations enabled Loblaw’s Business Management Team to enhance their BPM capabilities and drive organizational improvement.
