As part of the ministry's dedication to healthy child development, a project was initiated to design an integrated workflow system across its service delivery areas, including Electronic Service Delivery, Data Services, and FOI & Records. The project aimed to review existing organizational and service delivery processes and develop a cohesive system design to enhance collaboration and outcomes for children, youth, and families. We were engaged to develop the system solution, which involved formulating an integrated workflow that addressed deficiencies between current and future state processes and establishing the necessary procedures to support the implementation of the new workflow system.
