Before embarking on his professional career, Spencer was a high-performing soccer player who competed internationally, traveling the world to play at elite levels. This athletic background instilled in him a strong work ethic, resilience, and adaptability—qualities that have seamlessly translated into his professional life. The discipline and perseverance he honed on the field empower him to navigate complex challenges with composure, lead cross-functional teams with empathy, and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment. Additionally, his experience in diverse cultural settings through international sports has enhanced his cultural awareness and communication skills, allowing him to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and build strong, cohesive teams.

Throughout his career at Mejora, Spencer has successfully led agile projects, collaborating closely with project directors, managers, change leaders, and technical specialists on high-budget, multi-million-dollar projects.
